School Supplies

ST. MARY’S 2017 – 2018 SUPPLY LIST:

 

  • The 1st Day of School:

Tuesday, September 5th  for – K– 8

Monday, Sept. 11th for 4/5 Preschool

Tuesday, Sept. 12th for 3/4 Preschool

 

  • The School Lunches (includes 1 carton of milk) for the 2017/ 2018 School year will be $ 2.50/lunch = $50.00/Month
  • Afternoon Milk will be:

$ 63.00/Year for grades 1st – 8th

$ 10.00/year for 4/5 Preschool & Kindergarten

$ 7.00/year for 3/4 Preschool

  • Students in Grades 2-8 are required to purchase a Planner at a cost of $7.00. This will be purchased for the students by the school office.  The cost will be reflected on your “Other Fees” statement.
  • Students, K-3rd grades, are not permitted to use TRAPPER KEEPER type folders at school.
  • All students PreSchool – 8th grade need a backpack for school & gym shoes for P.E. classes.
  • Keep all school supply receipts for tax credit

 

  • Shop with SCRIP for all your child’s school supplies – St. Mary’s will benefit from the rebate and you will get a credit on your tuition with every scrip card you purchase! Scrip cards are available at the Parish Office and you can also purchase online at benefit-mobile.com.  If there is scrip you want that is not listed on the scrip order form, please ask at the Parish Office and they may be able to order it for you.

Large backpack to fit folder or larger

1 9 x 12 Folder

1 Box of Kleenex

2 Boxes of crackers for snack

2 -24 count regular size Crayola brand crayons

(3-4 Year olds): 1 Bottle of Elmer’s white glue

(3-4 Year olds): 1 Role of paper towels

(4-5 Year olds): 4 Small Elmer’s glue sticks

(4-5 Year olds):1 Large container of Clorox wipes

 

KINDERGARTEN:

1 Large Backpack to fit a 9 x 12 folder

3 Boxes of crackers 16oz box or larger for snack

2 Large boxes facial tissues

1 Paint shirt (old shirt w/buttons or snaps)

2 Containers Clorox Wipes (60 wipes or more)

1 Set of 4 Dry Erase Markers (Expo Brand)

1 Rest Mat-Standard size (No jumbo size)

8 Count of Crayola Washable Classic markers

Please send check for $10 made payable to Shar Schroeder at the beginning of the school year for special supplies that the teacher will have on hand for your child.  These will include a take-home folder, name tags, pencil bag/box, crayons, scissors, glue sticks, math pencil bag, liquid glue, erasers, etc.
